Linda Hoy,
Thanks for your comment. That is a trick. But they still want to collect. You will need to challenge QAR.

Set up a quick analysis with us – go to our home page and put your name, number and BEST TIME EST. We have Saturday AM hours too.

I just received a call from QAR Collection agency. The call began with a recording stating there is a problem with my social security number and to hold on for the next available representative. Upon the representative getting on line, he stated that he is attempting to collect on a credit card debt. I informed him that he is misrepresenting his call by stating there is a problem with my SS number and I will be reporting him to the appropriate agency. He was from QAR Collections out of New York and said his name is Mr Lopez. Does anyone know what agency I can report this to? This is misrepresentation of a call in my honest opinion
