The judge dismissed the case. Where does this leave me? Can discover card try a d come after me again, or is this all over for me? They are still marking my credit every month for derogatory credit. After waiting an hour the clerk said the judge will rule in my favor, and I'll receive the papers in the mail. Is this over at this point? Is there anything else I should be doing or looking out for?
