I received a summons last Friday with First Equity Card Corporation as Plaintiff. If First Equity sold the account to Mann Bracken, can First Equity still sue me? Is this fruad? Can Mann Bracken use First Equity's name as Plaintiff? Also, the account number they have referenced was not my account number with First Equity. A little help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
